We are looking for a part-time, remote Customer Service Representative to respond to incoming queries regarding our digital products, programs, and offers. 

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of Christina Galbato LLC and working alongside others on our Customer Service team. This role will start at 5-10 hours per week and increase based on performance.

If you have experience in a customer facing role, are comfortable working remotely & independently, and want to be part of a growing, all-female team, then this role may be for you!

Role Responsibilities

Respond to & answer incoming inquiries about our products and business

Assist with general virtual assistant tasks as needed

Ability & openness to learn about the ins and outs of the business, including our online courses, mastermind program and the platforms that are utilized

Resolve issues & concerns by clarifying incoming questions, determining the cause of the problem, selecting & explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution

Be a front facing representation of the Christina Galbato brand

Role Requirements

Experience in customer service - bonus points if in the online space

You are extremely resourceful, a born problem-solver, and are comfortable presenting issues to others on the team with potential solutions

You are empathetic and lead with compassion, and can make decisions that both benefit the business and leave our customers happy

Extremely strong written communication skills

Familiarity with softwares like HelpScout, ClickUp, and Slack are a bonus

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to new information
