Here in NYC, it seems as if the leaves turned orange and the air crisp overnight. Halloween has passed, meaning the holidays and the panic surrounding gift giving are riiiight around the corner. While I can’t help out with everyone on your list, I can help out with one particular kind of person … the jetsetter.
Sometimes it’s hard to know what to get someone who loves to travel, so I’ve done the dirty work for you. The products in this list range from $12 to $265, so no matter what your price range is, you’ll find a gift that they’ll love!
Tis the season …
SKYROAM MOBILE HOTSPOT
Skyroam is a new mobile hotspot that markets itself as a “must-have for travelers who need to bridge WiFi gaps reliably.” If you know your friend will be jetting off to an international location where WiFi could be sketchy or intermittent, consider getting her a Skyroam! She will be able to connect up to 5 devices at once.
During a long day of travel or exploration, it’s often a point of stress trying to keep a phone alive! Your friend needs a battery case and/or external charger. And even if she’s a psycho about her phone ( like me! ) and already has one, get her another! She will definitely appreciate having a Plan B and C.
My favorite battery phone case of all time is the Mophie Juice Pack and I recommend it to absolutely everyone. It’s been a life saver multiple times after a long day of travel.
External phone chargers are also a great option. She can charge the device overnight, tuck into her bag while on the go and connect to her phone when she’s in need of some battery. These are some fun options:
TRUFFLE CLEAR POUCH
A great alternative to a grubby plastic bag, your friend will much prefer storing her liquids in a TRUFFLE Clear Pouch while flying! It comes in a wide variety of colors, so you’ll absolutely be able to find something she’ll love.
KARUNA FACE MASK SET
Flying is extremely dehydrating and rough on your skin, so there is nothing better after a long day of travel than enjoying a moisturizing face mask. These Karuna face masks are perfect for travel because they come in sheet form! Meaning they’re extremely portable and a great alternative to a face mask in a bulky jar.
Sleep masks are necessary for catching shut-eye on long flights. Every traveler deserves to have a unique one to call her own 🙂
A COCKTAIL KIT
If you haven’t heard of a cocktail kit yet, you’ve been missing out big time! These kits from W&P Design contain all the ingredients necessary to create a delicious cocktail 35,000 feet in the sky ( just add booze ). At $24 a kit, they’re not probably not something a jetsetter would buy for herself on a regular basis, but would certainly love as a gift.
These are the kits they currently offer:
W&P Design also recently collaborated with artist Gray Malin to create the Gray Malin Cocktail Kit, a kit that comes with all ingredients needed to make a gin & tonic. The best part? The colorful sprinkles that are included to line your glass with! Wouldn’t judge if you bought a couple of these for yourself as well 😉
If your favorite traveler is in need of a luggage upgrade, a suitcase from Calpak is certain to be a hit. Calpak’s luggage is extremely durable, but what separates its products from others’ is the huge range of beautiful colors & designs.
Anthropologie’s Explorer Wallet is a traveler’s best friend because it has sections made specifically for holding travel documents, cards and money. Plus, it comes in navy, nude and rose and has a cute little pineapple on the front 🙂
BUCKET LIST NOTEBOOK
Bungee jumping in New Zealand? Island hopping in Greece? There’s nothing a traveler loves more than checking things off of her bucket list. Give her this Bucket List Notebook to keep track of her goals & successes.
Plus, the book was created by a pair of total dream-chasing girl bosses and we like to support those around here!
A PASSPORT CASE
Any girl who travels often will appreciate a nice passport case. They’re like phone cases – even if she already has one, she will always want another! I personally have 3 different passport cases and I love to switch them up 🙂
And if your jetsetting friend loves monograms, I highly suggest Gigi New York. Their monogrammed passport case comes in a variety of colors.
What are you gifting your travel loving friend for the holidays?
